- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and play areas.

- High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or relevant certification preferred.
- Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
