About the Role:
Join Exploring Minds Academy as a Toddler Assistant Teacher and make a meaningful impact on young lives! We are looking for a passionate individual to support our dedicated team in nurturing and developing the minds of our toddlers in a safe and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for toddlers.
- Support daily routines including meals, nap time, and playtime.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive play.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and play areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or relevant certification preferred.
- Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing demeanor.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
